Description:

Brand new 2 bedroom New Portland Lodge  measuring 40 x 16ft, which is within metres of the private Lydstep beach.

 

The Lounge has comfortable freestanding sofas with a flat screen TV, Freeview and a DVD player. There is also a fitted fire for extra heat making it ideal for use all year round and is fully centrally heated & double glazed. There is a glass decking area which has stunning sea views, outside furniture and BBQ provided for your use.

 

There is a fully fitted kitchen complete with gas cooker, microwave, integrated fridge and freezer. We are also well stocked with crockery, pots and pans. There is a dining table which can seat 4.

 

The main bedroom has a double bed and is complete with fitted wardrobes and an en-suite shower room. The second bedroom has twin beds and fitted wardrobes.

 

The Bathroom contains a WC, hand basin and shower.

 

There is private parking to the front of the caravan, with secure decking making it safe for children. In addition, there is a garden area with astro-turf for enjoying a summer meal outside.

We have a no smoking or pet policy within the caravan and ask that you treat our caravan as you would your own home by not wearing footwear on carpeted areas.  Please note the owners have a pet and therefore this caravan is not suitable for those with pet allergies. You will need to provide your own bed linen and towels and a fully refundable bond.
