104 Haven Close is a 2019 model Wilerby Portland located on a large front row plot with incredible sea views and overlooks the beach.

​

This 2 bedroom lodge has double glazing and gas central heating throughout, perfect for use all year round. There is glass fronted decking overlooking the beach with ample space for outdoor furniture.

The main living area consists of a large open plan lounge/dining area with french doors leading out to the glass fronted decking area.  There is a 3 seater sofa and 2 additional wing backed chairs, a wall mounted fire allows for additional heat for the winter months.  The TV is wall mounted above the fire.  The dining area has seating for 4. 

​

The open plan kitchen is fully fitted & has standard inventory with crockery, pots, pans and utensils. There is a gas hob with fan assisted oven; integrated microwave oven; fridge/freezer; dishwasher; washing machine; kettle and toaster.  There is also 2 additional stools by the breakfast bar for casual dining.

The master bedroom has a double bed, dressing table, walk in wardrobe and drawers. Off the bedroom there is an en-suite with shower, heated towel rail, WC and washbasin.

There is an additional twin bedroom with full sized single beds & suitable storage with ample wardrobe space & dressing table.

The main bathroom has a large corner shower, WC, washbasin with vanity unit, heated towel rail and extractor fan.

The price includes all fees (£11,800 for 2023) & costs.  License renewal 21/1/32.
