Luxury lodge in a gated community 'The Bolands' at Lydstep Beach with stunning sea views

 

The lodge has an open plan living area complete with french doors leading onto a decking area with furniture.  The lounge has free standing furniture and a flat screen TV complete with Sky TV.

 

There is a dining table with seating for 4 leading onto a fully fitted kitchen with cooker, fridge, freezer and all necessary crockery for a home cooked meal.

 

There is a master double bedroom with fitted wardrobes providing plenty of storage space leading onto an en-suite shower room.  There is also a family bathroom complete with full size bath.

 

The second bedroom is a twin room with 2 single beds that could be made into a double if required.  Please note pillows and duvets are provided for both bedrooms but you are required to supply your own linen.

 

Outdoors there is a decking to the front and a separate patio area which gets the sun all day.  There is also a private parking space alongside the property.
