 This 2022 Atlas Corus 5, 40’ x 12’ caravan is located in the ideal location of Beach Drive, giving sea views across Lydstep & onto the headland and also benefits from being close to the Manor House facilities, childrens park and beach access all within a few minutes walk.

 

The living room has a comfortable L-shaped sofa suite which pulls out into a double sofa bed, flatscreen TV & large patio doors leading out to the front of the caravan on to the decking. The decking is to the front and the side of the caravan, with parking space available next to the caravan.

 

There is a fully fitted kitchen complete with gas cooker, microwave, fridge and freezer. Standard inventory is also included such as crockery, pots and pans. There is a dining area with 4 dining chairs and 2 stools to seat 6.

 

The main bedroom has a Kingsize bed with dressing table and wardrobe space.  Off the master bedroom is an ensuite toilet. The second & third bedrooms have twin beds, fitted wardrobe and cupboard storage.

 

The main bathroom contains a WC, hand basin and walk-in shower.

Please note we are unable to accept same sex groups under 21 years of age in line with Haven site regulations.  We have a no smoking policy at the caravan and do not allow pets. Please note this caravan is not suitable for those with pet allergies. 

 

You will need to provide your own bed linen (sheets, pillow and duvet cases).  Pillows and duvets are supplied.
