Luxury lodge in a gated community 'The Bolands' at Lydstep Beach with stunning sea views

​

The lodge has an open plan living area complete with french doors leading onto a decking area with furniture.  The lounge has free standing upgraded furniture and a 60 inch flat screen TV complete with Netflix, Prime and freeview. This lodge has its own WiFi included for your use.

 

There is a dining table with seating for 8 leading onto a brand new and fully fitted kitchen with cooker, fridge, freezer and all necessary crockery for a home cooked meal. Additional luxuries have been included in the kitchen, with a dishwasher and washing machine.

 

There is a master double bedroom with TV, fitted wardrobes providing plenty of storage space leading onto an en-suite shower room. This spacious bedroom can fit a travel cot, making this suitable for those with young children and families.  

 

There is also a family WC down the corridor complete with bath and overhead shower.

 

The second bedroom is complete with a bunk bed and one separate single bed to sleep 3 and the lounge has a double sofa bed to sleep an additional 2 people. The second bedroom also has a TV. Please note pillows, mattress protectors and duvets are provided for both bedrooms but you are required to supply your own linen.

 

Outdoors there is a decking to the front and side which benefits from exposure to the sun. The decking area has a rattan suite for guests use, a table and chairs for outdoor dining and a BBQ.

 

There is private parking space adjacent to the property.

This lodge is pet friendly and allows 1 large or 2 small dogs at the property.

​

Please note we are unable to accept same sex groups under 21 years of age.  We have a no smoking policy at the caravan.  Please note the property is not suitable for people with pet allergies.
