This 2016 model Swift Loire 35 x 12ft caravan is double glazed and centrally heated and is sited less than a minutes walk from the beach and also has sea views from the decking, which has furniture for your use.  There is also parking for 1 vehicle alongside the caravan.

 

The open plan lounge has wrap around comfortable seating complete with flat screen Freeview TV, DVD player and a fire for additional heat in the winter months.

 

There is a dining area perfect for home cooked meals and leads onto the fully fitted kitchen with fridge/ freezer, kettle, microwave, toaster and cooker.

At the rear of the caravan there are 2 x twin rooms and one master bedroom complete with double bed and ample storage space. 

​

There is a shower room with sink unit and a W.C and a second bathroom available.

​

This caravan is pet friendly, allowing 2 small or 1 medium sized dog.

​

Please note we are unable to accept same sex groups under 21 years of age.  We have a no smoking policy at the caravan.  You will need to provide your own bed linen (sheets, pillow and duvet cases).  Pillows and duvets are supplied.
