This 2014 model double glazed and centrally heated Rio Premier caravan is sited less than a minutes walk from the beach and also has sea views from the decking.

 

The open plan lounge has wrap around comfortable seating complete with flatscreen TV, games, books and a modern fire for additional heat. There is a double sofa bed available for guest use, suitable for 1 adult.

 

There is a dining area which seats 6 and leads onto the fully fitted kitchen with fridge / freezer, kettle, microwave, toaster and cooker.

 

At the rear of the caravan there are 2 twin rooms which can be made into a double if required and one master bedroom complete with double bed (kingsize duvet), dressing table and ample storage space.  There is an en-suite toilet off the master bedroom.

 

There is a separate shower room with sink unit and a W.C. with sink.

 

Please note we are unable to accept same sex groups under 21 years of age.  We have a no smoking or pets policy at the caravan, however please note that this caravan is not suitable for guests with allergies.  You will need to provide your own bed linen (sheets, pillow and duvet cases.  pillows and duvets are supplied).
