Description:

This 2016 model double glazed and centrally heated 42 x 14ft Pemberton Park Lane caravan is sited on the beach front  and also has amazing 180' sea views from the decking.

The open plan lounge has wrap around comfortable seating complete with double sofa bed and flatscreen TV.  Patio doors lead onto the decking area which is complete with rattan furniture. 

There is a dining area which seats 6 and leads onto the fully fitted kitchen with fridge / freezer, kettle, microwave, toaster, cooker, washing machine & dishwasher.

At the rear of the caravan there are 2 twin rooms which can be made into a double if required and one master bedroom complete with double bed, dressing table and ample storage space.  There is an en-suite bathroom with shower off the master bedroom.

There is a separate bathroom with full size bath & overhead shower, sink unit and a W.C. 

Please note we are unable to accept same sex groups under 21 years of age.  We have a no smoking or pets policy at the caravan.  Please note the property is not suitable for people with pet allergies.  You will need to provide your own bed linen (sheets, pillow and duvet cases.  pillows and duvets are supplied)
