Beautifully presented two bedroom 6 berth caravan situated on Caldey View in a premium front row plot. The caravan offers exceptional uninterrupted sea views, and has a decking area with outdoor furniture and a separate gated patio area to the side of the van, ideal for those with small children.

The owners will accept one small well behaved dog, and they have requested that dog blankets should be used on the furniture and no dogs allowed on the beds. Please do not leave your dog unattended in the van.

The caravan has parking adjacent for one vehicle.

Inside, there is a comfortable open plan living area with a well equipped kitchen and a dining area.

The lounge comprises of freestanding sofas, one of which can be converted into a double sofa bed. There is also a Freeview TV, a DVD player, Bluetooth speakers and a fireplace.

The kitchen has a dishwasher and washing machine for your convenience, and is equipped with everything you need to produce a home cooked meal.

The master suite has a king size bed, a wardrobe, dressing table, and en-suite shower room.

The second bedroom contains two single beds which can be pushed together to make a king size bed. There is also a wardrobe, and dressing table. 

The main bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower, hand basin and toilet. 

There is a strict no smoking policy in this caravan, and single sex groups aged under 21 will not be allowed. 
Duvets and pillows are provided, however bed linen can either be hired at an additional cost or must be provided by the guest. Towels can also be hired. 
A £100 returnable deposit is payable with each booking.
