281 Caldey View is a 2014 model platinum standard caravan located less than a minute from the beach.

 

The caravan is fully equipped with double glazing and central heating as well as having an additional fire in the lounge.

 

There is an open plan living area complete with kitchen containing fridge, freezer, crockery, toaster, microwave and kettle.  The dining area seats 6 people.

 

The lounge has a comfortable suite and boasts french doors onto a large broadside decking which is complete with patio furniture and runs full length of caravan for superb sea views onto Caldey Island.  There is a 37' flatscreen TV for your entertainment with Free Sat functions including pause, rewind, hard-drive recording function, Blu-ray player and an Xbox 360.

 

There are two twin bedrooms which have adequate storage and is supplied with pillows and duvets but you are required to provide your own linen.

 

The master bedroom is a double and is supplied with pillows and duvets but linen is required.  There is a dressing table and wardrobes for storage.  There is a TV with DVD player.  An en-suite toilet is included off the bedroom.

 

The caravan comes with its own private parking space alongside the caravan.  Please note no smoking or pets are permitted inside the caravan.
