Abi Westwod 2 bedroom 6 berth caravan situated in the lovely quiet Gardens area of Lydstep beach holiday village.

Traditional and homely layout with seperate kitchen and lounge area. The lounge has been ecently rennovated, with new comfortable sofas and modern curtains. There is a pull out sofa bed, fireplacce for additional warmth in the winter months and freeview TV available for use.

The Kitchen is fully equipped and includes gas hob/oven, microwave and a large integrated fridge freezer. There is a kitchen table with 4 dining chairs.

Large master bedroom with double bed, built-in wardrobes, storage and en-suite toilet. Twin bedroom with 2 single beds, wardrobe and storage space. Bathroom with a bath and overhead shower, wash hand basin and toilet.

Outdoors there is a decked area with garden furniture and a wonderful sea view. There is also private parking next to the caravan.

We welcome a maximum of 1 dog in this caravan, and kindly ask that dogs are not left unattended in the caravan during your stay. Additionally, we ask that you prevent dogs going to the bedrooms and ti civer the furniture with throws during your stay.

For your comfort the caravan has double glazing, central heating.  Duvets and pillows will be provided but you will need to provide sheets and bed covers, also towels and tea towels.

This is a privately-owned caravan and we would respectfully request that outer footwear is left at the door and that you treat our home as you would your own.  No same sex groups or smoking allowed.
