An beautiful 2013 Pemberton Marlow caravan located in Bay View, just a few minutes walk to the park, clubhouse and beach.

 

There is a large comfortable living area with wall mounted fire and central heating, making it ideal for use all year around. The two free standing sofas can sit up to 6 people with patio doors that lead onto the decking area. The decking is secure with a gate and has a large exterior fitted with comfortable outside seating.

 

There is a fully fitted modern kitchen with gas cooker, microwave, fridge / freezer and all necessary crockery & utensils.  An Iron & Ironing board is available at the property.  There is also a dining table with 4 chairs.

The master bedroom comes with a kingsize bed and en-suite toilet, there are also fitted wardrobes, TV and a dressing table.  Pillows & Duvets provided but you must supply linen.

 

The second bedroom is fitted with two single beds and ample cupboards and storage space is available.  Pillows & Duvets provided but you must supply linen.

 

The main bathroom comprises of a large walk-in shower, sink with storage unit and a w/c.

Externally there is a private parking area for two car.

Please note a £100 security bond is required for all bookings at Lydstep.  We do not allow smoking or pets inside the property. You are required to bring linen and towels with you for your stay.
