Description

 

Swift Providence caravan located in the Gardens with  incredible views of Caldey Island and Lydstep Cove.  There is a large glass fronted decking area with use of owners patio furniture and private parking.

 

There is a large comfortable living area with a new flat screen TV and Freeview TV.  The living area also contains a wall mounted fire and central heating, making it ideal for use all year around. There is also free standing furniture and plenty of comfortable seating. Patio doors situated to the front of the living area lead onto the decking.

There is double sofa bed in the lounge with bedding for guests use.

There is a fully fitted modern kitchen with gas cooker, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster and microwave. It is also stocked with pots, pans, crockery, cutlery and some cleaning products. Dining table with 4 chairs and two stools (stored under the coffee table) for your use.

 

The master bedroom comes with a Kingsize bed, TV and en-suite toilet, there are also fitted wardrobes and a dressing table, pillows and duvets are supplied but please bring your own bedding.

The guest bedroom is fitted with two twin beds and ample cupboards and storage, again pillows and duvets are supplied but please bring your own bedding.

The main bathroom comprises of a large shower cubicle, sink with storage unit and a w/c.

Sorry, we are not pet friendly. Please note the owner has a dog, so this property is not suitable for guests with pet allergies.

​Unfortunately we do not accept single sex groups under 21 years of age.  Please supply your own bed linen, towels and tea towels.  A £100 refundable security bond is required with all bookings.
