Description:

 

Willerby Rio 2 bedroom  4 berth caravan situated in the lovely quiet Gardens area of Lydstep beach holiday village.

Modern and homely layout with open play kitchen and lounge area. The lounge has comfortable wrap around sofas and modern curtains. There is a fireplace for additional warmth in the winter months and smart TV available for use with built in apps, DVD player, freeview box and books.

The Kitchen is fully equipped and includes gas hob/oven, microwave and a large integrated fridge freezer. There is a kitchen table with 6 dining chairs.

Large master bedroom with double bed, built-in wardrobes, storage and en-suite toilet. Twin bedroom with 2 single beds, wardrobe and storage space. Bathroom with a walk-in shower, wash hand basin and toilet.

Outdoors there is a decked area with garden furniture and a wonderful sea view. There is also private parking adjacent to the caravan.

 

There is a strict no pets policy in this caravan and kindly asked that this is adhered to as the owners have severe allergies. 

For your comfort the caravan has double glazing, central heating.  Duvets and pillows will be provided but you will need to provide sheets and bed covers, also towels and tea towels.

This is a privately-owned caravan and we would respectfully request that outer footwear is left at the door and that you treat our home as you would your own.  No same sex groups or smoking allowed.
