Stunning 2017 ABI Ambleside caravan located just 2 minutes away from the beach with outstanding sea views towards Lydstep Headland & Caldey Island.

 

There is a spacious living room with comfortable free standing furniture. There is a flat screen TV with built in freeview, Sky Q with cinema and sports included. There is also a wall mounted log effect gas fire and it is double glazed with central heating making the caravan perfect for use all year. The patio doors lead onto the glass fronted decking area complete with patio furniture and amazing elevated sea views.

 

There is also an open plan fully fitted kitchen with dining area as well as a breakfast bar. The kitchen has gas oven/hob, microwave, integrated fridge/freezer and washing machine. Kitchen accessories, crockery and cutlery included. Plenty of storage space available.

 

Master bedroom with Kingsize bed with en-suite shower room and walk in wardrobe allowing plenty of storage space, TV with freeview, pillows and duvet provided.

 

There is a Twin Rooms with two single beds and fitted wardrobes. Pillows and duvets provided.

 

This caravan also has its own private parking alongside the caravan. The caravan is conveniently located a 10 minute walk from the clubhouse and a 5 minute to the children's playground. The shop, laundrette and reception within a short 5 minute stroll.

 

Note - Sheets, covers, pillow cases, towels are not included.  We have a no smoking or pet policy in our caravan and are unable to accept group bookings from those 21 and under.  Also Haven do not allow single sex group bookings.
