This modern Atlas Chorus 2022 model caravan is located in the beautiful Terraces area, giving stunning panoramic views across Lydstep beach and also benefits from getting the sun from early morning until late in the evening from the decking. It is double glazed and centrally heated for supreme comfort levels and comes complete with everything you need for a stress free holiday home.
The open plan lounge has wrap around comfortable seating complete with flatscreen TV and a modern fire for additional heat which is in built to a storage unit. There's also floating shelf storage. The sofa can pull out to make a double bed for additional sleeping space.
The french doors lead onto the glass fronted decking area which boasts incredible views out towards Caldey Island. A private parking space is available next to the caravan.
There is a dining area which seats 4 and leads onto the fully fitted kitchen with fridge / freezer, kettle, integrated microwave, toaster and cooker. We are also well stocked with standard inventory so you can move straight in.
At the rear of the caravan, the master bedroom has a double size bed, wardrobe space, overhead storage, dressing table and an en-suite toilet.
The second & third bedrooms are twin rooms & have 2 single beds, complete with ample storage space.
There main bathroom has a walk in shower with sink unit and a W.C.
The price excludes all fees (£11,880 for 2026) & costs.
