This Pemberton Park Lane 2011 caravan measuring 14 x 40ft is located on the 2nd row of The Terraces offers uninterrupted sea views & is a short walk to the beach. 

 

The living room has a comfortable free standing suite, wall mounted flatscreen TV and doors that open onto a glass fronted veranda which has south facing sea views (this will need to be replaced).  Private parking is available alongside the caravan.

 

There is a fully fitted kitchen complete with cooker, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, integrated fridge and freezer. We are also well stocked with a full standard inventory. There is a free standing dining suite within the kitchen area and also a breakfast bar area.

 

The main bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe space, dressing table and an en-suite shower room

The second & third bedrooms have twin beds & fitted wardrobes (these can be made into a double if required)

The Bathroom contains a WC, hand basin and bath with overhead shower.
