Description:

 

A 2013 Model 38 x 12ft Swift Moselle Caravan located on a front row location with uninterrupted views of Caldey Island and Lydstep Cove.  A large glass fronted decking area with use of owners patio furniture.

 

There is a large comfortable living area with a flat screen TV and DVD player.  The living area also contains a decorative wall mounted fire and central heating, making it ideal for use all year around. There is also free standing furniture and plenty of comfortable seating. DVDs books and board games are also provided for your entertainment. Patio doors situated to the front of the living area lead onto the decking.

 

There is a fully fitted modern kitchen with gas cooker, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster and microwave. It is also stocked with pots, pans, crockery, cutlery and some cleaning products.

 

The master bedroom comes with a double bed and en-suite toilet, there are also fitted wardrobes and a dressing table, pillows and duvets are supplied but please bring your own bedding.

 

Bedrooms 2 and 3 are fitted with two twin beds and ample cupboards and storage, again pillows and duvets are supplied but please bring your own bedding.

 

The main bathroom comprises of a large shower cubicle, sink with storage unit and a w/c.

 

Unfortunately we do not accept single sex groups under 21 years of age or pets.  Please supply your own bed linen, towels and tea towels.  A £100 refundable security bond is required with all bookings.
