Description:

 

2015 Platinum Standard 38 x 12 Swift Bordeaux complete with double glazing and central heating.

 

The caravan has an open plan living area with comfortable suite with fold out bed and free standing furniture.  There is a gas fire for additional warmth in the winter months.  There is a flatscreen 32' TV with built in freeview channels.

 

There is a fully fitted kitchen complete with all necessary utensils for a self catering holiday.  There is also a dining area to seat 6. 

 

There are two twin bedrooms with single beds and storage space. Pillows and duvets are provided but linen must be supplied.

 

The master bedroom has a double bed and is complete with ample storage space and a dressing table.  There is also an en-suite W.C.

 

The caravan is complete with wrap around decking and patio furniture.  There is also car parking space opposite the caravan.  The property is sited within a 5 minute walk of the clubhouse and beach.

Please note for the comfort of other guests we do not allow pets or smoking in the caravan. The caravan is not suitable for those with allergies however as the owners do have pets.
