51 Haven Crest is a 2010 ABI Connoisseur with fantastic sea views overlooking the beach. It’s also just a short stroll from the clubhouse facilities, the children’s park & shop.


The caravan has had some refurbished both inside and out.  It has double glazing and central heating for your comfort as well as a fireplace for additional warmth.


The living area contains 2 leather free-standing sofas (one which converts into a bed) ample storage solutions and a large flatscreen TV.


The open plan two tone kitchen contains everything you need for a home cooked meal - fridge / freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, air-fryer & gas cooker. The caravan also comes with a well stocked co-ordinating inventory.


The master bedroom contains a king size bed, there is overhead and bedside storage options as well as wardrobe space.


There are 2 further bedrooms a twin room which is currently made up as a double, it has both wardrobe & draw storage & a flatscreen TV.   The second twin room is currently being used as a dressing room but could easily be made back into a 3rd bedroom.


The main bathroom has a W.C, vanity with hand basin and a shower.  There is also a second W.C. perfect for large families.


There is a useful outdoor tap installed. Parking space available in front of the caravan.

 

The price includes all fees (£10305.00 for 2024) & costs.  License renewal 5/12/2031.
