Description:

 

2010 ABI Conisoure caravan located just 10m from the clubhouse facilities and 20m from the beach. This is an ideal caravan for a family looking to spend time in the pool and at the beach, whilst boasting great views of Caldey island from the decking.

 

There is a large, comfortable living area with flatscreen TV and fireplace for additional heat in the winter months. and a dining area for home cooked meals.

 

There is a fully fitted kitchen with gas cooker, fridge and freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave and is well stocked with pots, pans, crockery and cutlery.

 

The master bedroom has a double bed with a TV, wardrobe and storage space.  Pillows and duvets provided.

 

The is one Twin Bedroom – two single beds with a TV and wardrobe. The third bedroom has a small double bed with TV and storage cupboards. Pillows and duvets provided.

 

The family bathroom has a large shower cubicle, WC and wash hand basin. There is an additional toilet.

There is a private parking space in front of the caravan.

Unfortunately we do not accept all female/male groups under 21 years. Strictly no smoking or pets are permitted in our caravan. Please note the owners have their own pet and this caravan is not suitable for guest with allergie. Please provide your own bed linen, towels and tea towels. A fully returnable bond of £100 is required.
