2015 Model Platinum Standard 38 x 12 Swift Loire complete with double glazing and central heating.

 

The caravan has an open plan living area with comfortable 'L' shaped suite with pull out bed and entertainment unit for TV and a fire for additional warmth in the winter months. 

 

There is a fully fitted kitchen complete with all necessary fixtures, fittings & utensils.  There is also a crescent shaped dining area to seat 6 and 2 stools.

 

There are two twin bedrooms with single beds and storage space.

 

The master bedroom has a double bed and is complete with ample storage space and a dressing table. 

 

The caravan is complete with wrap around decking and is supplied with rattan patio furniture.  There is also car parking space in front of the caravan and a patio area as well as grass areas on both sides as it is a corner plot.  The property is sited approximately 30 seconds from the park, 2 minutes from the beach and a short 5-6 minutes walk to the clubhouse.

Regretfully we cannot accept all female/male groups under 21 years. Strictly no  smoking or pets are permitted in our caravan. Please provide your own bed linen, towels and tea towels.
