Beautiful 2023 ABI Beaumont caravan with glass fronted decking area. From your front row position you will enjoy stunning sea views across the bay to Caldey Island. Our holiday home is a short walk from the clubhouse entertainment complex which houses the indoor swimming pool, bar, restaurant, arcade and entertainment. Your holiday home has its own private parking space for one car, but other parking is available close by in front of the clubhouse and reception.

 

Our home has full central heating and is double glazed. For those chilly evenings, there is a fire in the lounge. The spacious living room has ample freestanding seating and a smart TV with freesat box, DVD player and DVDs, CD Player, radio, books and more. 

 

French doors lead to the decking where you will find a comfortable rattan furniture with table and four chairs with parasol and additional deck chairs.

The open plan fully fitted kitchen with dining area for 4 people is suitable for a home cooked meal. The kitchen has a gas oven/hob with extractor hood, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, crockery and cutlery. Plenty of storage space is available.

 

The Master bedroom has a King size bed with an en-suite shower room for your convenience. There is a dressing table, mirror, over the bed cupboards and a wardrobe available, with bedside tables and a TV. A hairdryer is available for use during your stay, as is a clothes steamer.

The second bedroom is a twin room with wardrobe and dressing table, drawers, mirror and a wall mounted TV.

 

The main bathroom has a large cubicle with powerful shower, WC and sink unit.

 

We operate a strict no smoking or pet policy and are unable to accept bookings off all male / female groups or under 21's. Pillows and duvets will be provided for use during your stay, please supply your own bedding and towels or these can be hired upon booking.
