This 2019 ABI Maltham Caravan is located in the peaceful Atlantic View giving stunning panoramic views across Lydstep beach and also benefits from getting the sun from early morning until late in the evening on the south facing decking.

 

The living room has a comfortable freestanding suite with double sofa bed, fireplace, flatscreen TV and patio doors that open onto an elevated south facing veranda. There is free WIFI for guests use, please be aware that due to the nature of the site this is not always guaranteed.

Rattan outdoor furniture with cushions is supplied for your use. A private parking space for 2 cars is available next to the caravan.

 

There is a fully fitted kitchen complete with gas cooker and 5 burner hob, microwave and a full size integrated fridge and freezer. 

We are also well stocked with crockery, pots and pans, knives, serving bowls, ovenware and kitchen utensils etc.  

There is a free standing dining table in the kitchen area and a DAB radio.

 

The main bedroom has a king size bed, dressing table and drawers, a double wardrobe and an ensuite shower room.

 

The guest bedroom has 2 single beds, with a wardrobe and storage space. 

 

The bathroom contains a WC, hand basin and shower.

 

Combining opulent living areas with distinctive, comfortable furniture this model offers large open spaces with a homely appeal. It is double glazed and centrally heated for your comfort with instant hot water. 

Beds have comfortable deep sprung mattresses.

 

Please bring your own duvet covers, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Duvet and pillows will be provided.

 

We accept two well behaved dogs. There is an outside tap and shower hose for washing down after a walk or trip to the beach. Indoor and outdoor dog water bowls are also provided. We ask guests to bring throws for the sofas, do not allow dogs into the bedrooms and do not leave them unattended in the property. 

 

Please note that we have a no smoking policy and due to Haven park rules we are unable to accept bookings from all male / female groups and under 21's.
