This fabulous 2 bed, 2 bath luxury lodge situated on tranquil Atlantic View, a short no through road with stunning panoramic sea views, is packed with high quality practical features. It is double glazed and centrally heated for supreme comfort levels and comes complete with everything you need for a stress free holiday.

 

The premium south facing pitch boasts a large decking area both to the side and front of the lodge complete with a glass balcony which is fantastically positioned for getting the sun all day long. From the veranda there are beautiful views overlooking the Blue Flag beach and onto the headland, Caldey Island is just to the left.

 

There is a spacious, open plan living room complete with 2 free standing sofa's, one of which converts into a sofa bed, electric fire and 42'inch flatscreen TV and DVD player. High speed internet access via Starlink is provided giving uninterrupted streaming, downloading and wi-fi calling. 

 

There is a 4 seater dining room suite and kitchen area with free standing furniture all of which are fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy your holiday. The kitchen boasts a range cooker, integrated microwave, dish washer & washing machine.

 

There are two double bedrooms. The first bedroom has a large mirrored wardrobe and dressing table area. There is access to the main bathroom which also includes a bath. The second room has a dressing table and a walk in wardrobe with through access into the en-suite bathroom with power shower facilities. Both bedrooms have hairdryers supplied.

 

The large glass fronted deck measures 10 x 20 ft, providing plenty of room to enjoy a meal alfresco on a warm evening overlooking the sea. Patio furniture of a 4 seater dining table and chairs and a 6 piece rattan suite are provided for your comfort & leisure. 

 

The combination of panoramic views, spacious lounge, en-suite bedrooms and a comprehensively fitted kitchen make the Monaco Duo a truly beautiful holiday home. The lodge is located within a 5 minute walk of the beach, 10 minutes to the club house, restaurant, entertainment, amusement arcade, fully heated indoor swimming pool, shop, laundry room, bakery and kids playground for children of all ages. 

 

Please note, there is a strict no smoking policy at the lodge, and the owners have requested that a maximum of 4 adults and 2 children stay in the lodge during any one booking. Please be aware that this lodge will accept one small non-moulting dog, your booking may be cancelled if you do not adhere to this policy. We ask guests to bring throws for the sofas, do not allow the dog into the bedrooms and do not leave the dog unattended in the property.

We provide bedding (duvets & pillows) but towels and linen are required by guests unless pre-booked (additional charges apply).  We take a £100 refundable bond on all bookings.
