77 Haven Crest is a 2015 Pemberton Marlow with fantastic sea views overlooking the beach. It’s also just a short stroll from the clubhouse facilities, the children’s park & shop.

The caravan is in excellent condition & is double glazing and centrally heated for your comfort as well as a remote controlled electric fireplace for additional warmth in colder months.

The living area contains 2 free-standing sofas (one which converts into a bed) ample storage solutions and a large flatscreen TV with Sky Box, Blu-ray player & bluetooth surround sound system.  French doors open onto the glass fronted decking area which boasts sea views from its 2nd row position.

The open plan kitchen contains everything you need for a home cooked meal - fridge / freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, cooker.and washing machine. The caravan also comes with a well stocked inventory.

The master bedroom contains a king size bed, there is ample storage options as well as wardrobe space, dressing table, a TV with built in DVD player and a sky box.  There is an en-suite toilet for convenience.

There is a second twin bedroom with 2 single beds but could be made into a double if required.  There is a wardrobe as well as overhead and bedside storage.   

The main bathroom has a W.C, vanity with hand basin and a shower.  

There is a useful outdoor tap installed and also a metal storage box.  Parking space available alongside the caravan.

The price includes all fees (£10305.00 for 2024) & costs.  License renewal 4/11/2030.
