This 2017 model Swift Loire caravan measuring 12 x 35ft is located in the exclusive Shearwater at Kiln Park located close to the main facilities.
The living room has a comfortable wrap around suite, flatscreen TV & an upgraded SMEG fireplace. There is a side door that opens onto a UPVC decking area. Private parking space is available alongside the caravan. There is also a paved area to the rear with picnic table, outdoor tap & storage box.
There is a fully fitted kitchen complete with gas cooker, microwave, integrated fridge and freezer. We are also well stocked with a full standard inventory. There is a crescent shaped dining suite within the kitchen area, there's also additional stools for seating.
The main bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe space and dressing table area.
The second & third bedrooms have twin beds & fitted wardrobes (these can be made into a double if required)
The Bathroom contains a WC, hand basin and shower. There is also a second toilet, perfect for larger families.
