This beautiful ABI Polaris holiday home is centrally heated and double glazed. It has a central location within the park close to the onsite shop, laundrette and children’s playground. The beach is approximately a 10 minute walk and a 15 minute leisurely stroll to club house.

 

There is a spacious modern living room with ample wrap around seating for all guests. There is a double sofa bed within the lounge area. A fire also adds additional heat There is a flatscreen TV with built in freeview. There is also an open plan kitchen/dining area. The kitchen has gas oven/hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and crockery and cutlery included.

 

Master double bedroom with ample storage space, pillows and duvet provided.

 

2 x Twin Bedrooms – two single beds, plenty of storage. Pillows and duvets provided.

 

Note - Sheets, covers, pillow cases, towels are not included

 

We have a shower room and separate toilet.

 

This caravan also has its own private parking to the side of the caravan and a lovely decking area with patio furniture provided for you to admire the garden view and sea views in the distance.

 

Regretfully we cannot accept all female/male groups under 21 years. Strictly no smoking are permitted in our caravan. Please provide your own bed linen, towels and tea towels. A fully returnable bond of £100 is required.
