817 Ocean View is a truly unique plot sited on the edge of Ocean View offering uninterrupted views of the sea, beach & headland beyond.   The lodge itself is a 22 x 42 Pemberton Glendale 2022 model which is luxurious throughout.


There is a spacious open plan living area which contains 3 x 2 seater sofas (one of which is a double bed) around a large fireplace and wall mounted TV. Beyond that 2 winged chairs face out towards the sea making a lovely reading area.


Bi-fold doors open onto the large glass fronted decking area with ample room for a dining suite, loungers etc. 

The dining area also boasts bi-fold doors onto the decking making the front of the lodge totally open up. 

The kitchen contains further dining opportunities with a large island & 3 bar stools the hob housed in the island makes it simple to socialise whilst cooking a meal. The kitchen also contains all other expected mod cons with built in dishwasher and microwave and plenty of storage space as well as inventory meaning you can move straight in.

There is a separate spacious utility room with a washing machine, sink unit and cupboard space. A perfect place to house coats, shoes and bins.

Through the hall on the first left you will find a spacious twin bedroom with full length wardrobe, wall mounted TV, dressing table and bedside storage. 

The master bedroom is very spacious with a dressing table, TV, walk in wardrobe and an en-suite shower room.

The third bedroom is a double and has ample wardrobe and storage space, dressing table and TV. There is an adjoining door to the main bathroom which contains a bath with overhead shower and separate large corner shower as well as W.C. sink unit and storage space.

The lodge has a parking space alongside the property. Outside you will also find storage space underneath the decking.


The price includes all fees (£12,270 for 2023) & costs.  License renewal 31/10/2029.
