Description:

 

Our static caravan located in Ocean View is double glazed with central heating throughout, with an additional fire in the lounge for additional warmth during the winter months. The van measures 37 x 12ft and has artificially grassed decking with outside furniture.

 

There is a large, comfortable living area with open plan kitchen diner. The dining area will seat 6 with crescent shape seating and two stools. The caravan has a flat screen TV with freeview. 

 

There is a fully fitted kitchen with gas cooker, fridge and freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, the kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, crockery and cutlery.

 

The master bedroom has a double bed and has ample storage space.  Pillows and duvets provided. There is an en-suite toilet off the master bedroom.

 

2 x Twin Bedroom – two single beds and wall mounted half wardrobe. Pillows and duvets provided.

 

The family bathroom has a large shower cubicle, WC and wash hand basin.

Outside the caravan has a private parking space alongside and a wrap around decking area. Please note there are no sea views from this caravan but you only need to walk about 10m to get an incredible view of the bay.

We are no longer a pet friendly caravan sorry! (If you have made a booking prior to 17th July 2022 with pets, these will be honoured but going forward this caravan is not advertised as a pet friendly property).

Unfortunately we do not accept all female/male groups under 21 years in line with Haven Policy. Strictly no smoking is permitted in our caravan. Please provide your own bed linen, towels and tea towels. A fully returnable bond of £100 is required.

This caravan is not suitable for those with pet allergies.

​
