The stunning 2019 model ABI Ambleside caravan is sited on the peaceful 870 Ocean View which boasts uninterupted sea views from its large decking area. There is a good quality bucket BBQ  provided for guests, ideal to use on furniture on deck or at beach.

 

The caravan is fully equipped with double glazing and central heating as well as having an additional electric fire in the lounge.

 

There is an open plan living area complete with kitchen containing all the necessary crockery required to cook a home cooked meal and a fridge, freezer, crockery, toaster, microwave and kettle.  The free standing dining furniture seats 4 people. There is also a dishwasher and washing machine available for your convenience

 

The open plan lounge has a comfortable free standing  sofa with ample seating for all.  There is a flatscreen TV with DVD player for your entertainment.  The french doors lead onto the decking area to make the most of the sea views.

 

There are two twin bedrooms which have adequate storage and is supplied with pillows and duvets but you are required to provide your own linen.  Both bedrooms have  TV's.

The master bedroom is a double and is supplied with pillows and duvets but linen is required.  There is a dressing table and wardrobes for storage.  There is a TV and an en-suite toilet is included off the bedroom.

 

The caravan comes with its own private parking space alongside the caravan.  Please note no smoking or pets are permitted inside the caravan. Please note however the owners have a dog so this caravan is not suitable for those with allergies.
