Beautiful 2 bedroom Pemberton Serena caravan 2012 model and within close proximity of the private beach & clubhouse.

 

The Lounge has a comfortable suite with a 42" flat screen TV & DVD player with surround sound system. There is also a fitted fire for extra heat making it ideal for use all year round and is fully centrally heated. The sofa can also convert into an additional double bed. There is a decking area which has stunning sea views. Table and chairs are provided for your use.

 

There is a fully fitted kitchen complete with gas cooker, microwave, integrated fridge and freezer as well as a washing machine. We are also well stocked with crockery, pots and pans.

 

The main bedroom has a Kingsize bed and is complete with fitted walk in wardrobe, dressing table, TV and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has twin beds, dressing table, TV and fitted wardrobe.

 

The Bathroom contains a WC, hand basin, large shower cubicle.

 

The caravan has gas central heating and double glazing throughout making it ideal for use out of peak season. There is also private parking and it is child friendly and secure.
