Description:

912 Haven Crest has benefited from recent refurbishment and is sited with excellent sea views and is conveniently located just a minutes walk to the beach and 2 minutes to the clubhouse.

 

There is an open plan living area with ample seating with new comfortable sofa.  There is a gas fire for additional heat in the winters and the caravan is double glazing making it perfect for use all year.  The French doors lead onto the decking area where there are fantastic sea views onto the headland and Caldey Island.

 

There is a dining area to seat 4 and a breakfast bar in the kitchen with 2 stools.  The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, pots and pans as well as a cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle etc.

 

There are 3 bedrooms a master double and two further bedrooms with 2 single bed in each. Each bedroom has storage space and pillows and duvets, however you will need to provide linen.

 

There is a main bathroom complete with a shower and also a separate toilet perfect for large families.

 

We have a strict no smoking and dogs in the caravan and all guests are required to pay a fully refundable security bond with the balance of the holiday.
