Description:

 

Beautiful 2017 Willerby Aspen with elevated outdoor decking area complete with uninterrupted sea views, the caravan is located 60 seconds from the beach & clubhouse.  It also has its own private parking space. 

 

There is a spacious living room with ample freestanding seating & corner suite.  The patio doors lead to the spacious decking with stunning sea views. There is a is also a fire for additional heat in winter months. 

 

The open plan fully fitted kitchen with dining area for 6 people is suitable for a home cooked meal. The kitchen has gas oven/hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, crockery and cutlery included. Plenty of storage space available.

 

The Master bedroom has a double bed & an en-suite toilet for convenience.  There are fitted wardrobes and draws so plenty of storage space as well as a dressing table area. 

 

The second & third bedroom are twin rooms, complete with wardrobe and storage space. There is an additional double sofa bed in the living room for use.

 

There is a bathroom with shower, vanity unit, WC and sink unit.

We allow 1 small dog into our caravan.

 

The caravan comes with its own private parking space alongside the caravan.  Please note no smoking is permitted inside the caravan. Please note however this caravan is not suitable for those with allergies.
