This ABI Elan caravan measuring 12 x 38ft is located on the back row of Haven Crest at Lydstep located close to the main facilities & beach
The living room has a comfortable wrap around suite, flatscreen TV, fireplace and front opening doors that open onto a veranda. Private parking space is available alongside the caravan.
There is a fully fitted kitchen complete with gas cooker, microwave, dishwasher, integrated fridge and freezer. We are also well stocked with a full standard inventory. There is a dining suite within the kitchen area perfect for a home cooked meal.
The main bedroom has a king size bed, wardrobe space and an en-suite bathroom with bath and overhead shower.
The second bedroom has twin beds & fitted wardrobes (these can be made into a double if required)
The main bathroom contains a WC, hand basin and walk-in shower.
Combining practical living areas with distinctive, comfortable furniture this model offers large open spaces with a homely appeal. It is double glazed and centrally heated for comfort levels and comes complete with everything you need for a stress free holiday home.

There is a strict non-smoking policy in all our caravans.
If Wifi is supplied it is not always guaranteed due to the nature of the site.
Unfortunately we do not accept stag or hen groups.
Duvets, pillows and mattress protectors are provided. You must supply your own bed linen and towels. However, these can be hired from us at an additional cost (see booking page).
