Description:

 

A platinum standard 2016 Pemberton Park Lane 4 berth caravan is situated on Haven Crest with its fantastic sea views off the decking and patio area with BBQ.  There is also private parking area alongside the caravan.

 

The lounge is glass fronted to make the most of the fabulous sea views, with a decking area accessible through the french doors with patio furniture.  The lounge has free-standing furniture, flatscreen TV with freeview.  It has an open plan kitchen with breakfast bar and dining area with table and 6 chairs. Kitchen is complete with fridge / freezer, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, cooker and all necessary cooking utensils.

 

There are 2 bedrooms.  A double master bedroom complete with en-suite shower room, dressing table and wardrobe. The second bedroom has a two single beds, a TV with DVD player and storage space.

The bathroom contains a W.C. Sink and bath with overhead shower.

 

We do not accept pet's or smoking in our caravan, however please note that this caravan is not suitable for guests with pet allergies.  You will need to provide your own bed linen and towels.  A fully refundable security bond is required.
