Site Re-opening date:

The site is open to all guests and owners between 1st March 2022 and 9th January 2023.

OUR CORONAVIRUS PROMISE 

​

If Lydstep Caravan Hire are unable to honour your booking due to government guidelines or the site at Lydstep being closed due to Coronavirus, then you will be entitled to the following options:
1) reschedule your dates with the same caravan (this is dependent upon availability)
2) cancel your holiday and transfer your balance on to a credit voucher for use at a later date
3) cancel your holiday and receive a full refund

Please note that guests will only qualify for the above if we are certain that we will not be able to honour your booking due to Coronavirus. If the information available at the time from Haven and the Welsh/UK Government does not clearly make it impossible for your booking to go ahead, then the above will not apply.

Site Facilities:

​

 Facilities are open to private guests from 18th March to 31st October 2022.

​

You do not need a Play Pass to access the Clubhouse restaurant and bar, arcade, launderette, onsite shop and outdoor play areas.

 

To gain access to the indoor swimming pool and join Haven activities such as Ranger Dai and mini sports, guests will need to purchase a "Play Pass" per guest and this is done directly with Haven on arrival. For further information regarding prices, please select the link below. We note there is no longer a discounted rate for early forms completed.

You can only book onto activities such a swimming sessions and Ranger Dai on arrival on site. You are not able to prebook these activities using the website or App (this is for owners and Haven guests only).

​

Availability for activities is subject to availability and can be booked at Reception upon arrival. Once you have booked your activity, Haven will take payment. Please do not pay Lydstep Caravan Hire for your Play Passes and we further note our owners are unable to book your activities in advance for you in line with Haven Policy.
