There is also an open plan fully fitted kitchen with dining area. The kitchen has gas oven/hob, microwave, fridge/freezer. Plenty of storage space available & it comes with a standard inventory.  The dining table seats 4 people.

 

The bathroom is complete with large shower cubicle with glass sliding door and thermostatic shower, WC & storage.

 

Master bedroom has a King size bed, plenty of storage space with overhead & bedside cabinets, wardrobes, dressing table and en-suite shower room.  

 

A further twin bedroom has storage space, wardrobe and mirror.  These rooms can be made into doubles if preferred. There is an additional double sofa in the lounge for your use.

 

The price includes all fees (£7,050 for 2024) & costs.  License renewal 30/11/2036  It also includes all of the usual perks of ownership including access to the entertainment complex & restaurant.  Park is open 1/3 to 30/11 annually.  Insurance included up to June 2024.
