Beautiful 2 bedroom 37 x 12 Pemberton Marlow caravan which is within close proximity of the private beach.

 

The Lounge has comfortable freestanding 2 x 3 seater sofas with a flat screen TV. There is also a fitted fire for extra heat making it ideal for use all year round and is fully centrally heated & double glazed. The sofa can also convert into an additional double bed. There is a decking area which has stunning sea views. Table and chairs are provided for your use.

 

There is a fully fitted kitchen complete with gas cooker, microwave, integrated fridge and freezer. We are also well stocked with crockery, pots and pans.

 

The main bedroom has a double bed and is complete with fitted wardrobes and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has twin beds and fitted wardrobes.

 

The Bathroom contains a WC, hand basin and large shower cubicle.

 

The caravan has gas central heating and double glazing throughout making it ideal for use out of peak season. There is also private parking and it is child friendly and secure.

 

There is outside glass fronted decking with patio furntiure provided and a private parking space next to the caravan.

 

We have a no smoking or pet policy within the caravan and ask that you treat our caravan as you would your own home by not wearing footwear on carpeted areas.  You will need to provide your own bed linen and towels and a fully refundable bond
