Willerby Boston luxury lodge sited on a front row sea view pitch on Caldey View.  The lodge measures 20 x 40 ft and comes complete with decking and private parking.

 

There is an open plan lounge with patio doors leading onto the large side deck to make the most of the fabulous sea views, there is also a large rattan table & chairs and hooded sun lounger.  

 

The lounge furniture is all free standing and there are very comfortable leather 2 and 3 seater sofas. There is a flatscreen TV and DVD player for your entertainment. There is also an electric fire for additional heat.

 

The kitchen is complete with fridge and freezer, integrated microwave, dishwasher and cooker as well as all the necessary utensils.

 

There is a dining table leading off from the kitchen perfect for a home cooked meal.

 

There is a spacious bathroom with shower, W.C. and sink.

 

The lodge is being let as a 2 bedroom - 1 Double & 1 Guest bedroom.  The guest bedroom has a bunk bed and 1 single bed. All have storage space and TV's with DVD's.

 

Unfortunately we are unable to accept same sex groups or under 21's. You will need to bring your own bed linen and towels, pillows and duvets are provided.

 

We do not allow pets or smoking inside the lodge, however this lodge is not suitable for guests with pet allergies.  A £100 refundable bond will be required along with the final balance.
