The Pemberton Park lane model is the top of the range model and is sited on a quiet sea view facing plot.

 

There is an open plan living area complete with comfortable sofa (which can pull-out into a double bed) and two free standing chairs, fitted fireplace and a  TV with freeview. Patio doors lead onto decking with stunning sea views complete with patio furniture

Fully fitted kitchen including dishwasher, washer/dryer, cooker, microwave and all necessary crockery, pots and pans.

There is a double master bedroom with en-suite shower room and fitted wardrobes.  There are two further twin bedrooms with storage space. You will need to supply linen however pillows and duvets are provided.

 

The main bathroom includes a full size bath with overhead shower and W.C.
