2019 Model Platinum Standard ABI Ambleside Premier complete with double glazing and central heating.

 

The caravan has an open plan living area with comfortable suite with double sofa bed.  There is a fire for additional warmth in the winter months.  There is a flatscreen TV with built in freeview channels.

 

There is a fully fitted kitchen complete with all necessary equipment & utensils.  There is also a dining area. 

 

There are two bedrooms; a twin with full single beds and storage space and a master bedroom with Kingsize bed and is complete with ample storage space and a dressing table.  There is also an en-suite W.C and separate shower room.

 

The caravan is complete with wrap around decking and patio furniture.  There is also car parking space alongside the caravan.  The property is sited within a 1 minute walk of the clubhouse and beach.

This caravan is strictly no pets allowed, however is not suitable for guests with allergies.

We do not allow smoking as this is our family holiday home.  You will need to provide or hire linen and towels but we do provide pillows & duvets.  A fully refundable £100 security bond is required on all rentals.
