Cosalt Monaco Duo luxury lodge sited on a sea view pitch in the central Bay View.  The lodge measures 16 x 40 ft and comes complete with decking and private parking.

 

There is an open plan Lounge with floor to ceiling windows and french doors leading onto the 24 ft deck to make the most of the fabulous sea view, there is also rattan loungers and patio furniture.  The furniture is all free standing and there are very comfortable 2 and 3 seater sofas, one of which converts into a bed. There is a flatscreen TV and DVD player for your entertainment as well as a DAB digital radio with iPod dock.  There is also an electric fire for additional heat.

 

The kitchen is complete with fridge and freezer, integrated microwave, dishwasher and range cooker as well as all the necessary utensils.

 

There is a dining table leading off from the kitchen perfect for a home cooked meal.

 

There are 2 bathrooms; one ensuite and one family bathroom. Both have Showers, W.C. and Sink.

 

The lodge has 3 bedrooms - 1 King Size, 1 double and 1 Twin (2 single beds).  All have storage space and TV's. There is an additional double sofa bed in the living room.

This is a pet friendly lodge and will allow one small dog.

 

Unfortunately we are unable to accept same sex groups or under 21's. You will need to bring your own bed linen and towels, pillows and duvets are provided. We do not allow smoking inside the lodge.  A £100 refundable bond will be required along with the final balance.
