5 Rowan on Croft Holiday Park part of Celtic Holiday Groups is a truly fabulous plot sited offering uninterrupted views of the countryside & beyond.   The lodge itself is a Burleigh Premier 20 x 40 2021 model is luxurious throughout.

There is a spacious open plan living area which contains a 2 seater sofa & 2 single chairs.  3 x 2 seater sofas (one of which is a double bed) around a large fireplace and wall mounted TV and french doors opening onto the UPVC decking area which is complete with a sunken Hot Tub to enjoy those beautiful views!

The kitchen contains dining opportunities with a large island & 2 bar stools the hob housed in the island makes it simple to socialise whilst cooking a meal.   There is also a dining area which seats 6 people.  The kitchen also contains all other expected mod cons with built in washing machine & tumble dryer, fridge, freezer & microwave and plenty of storage space as well as inventory meaning you can move straight in.

There is also a spacious side entrance hall a perfect place to house coats & shoes.

Through the hall you will find a spacious bedroom with single bed & also a bunk bed sleeping 3 in total.  There is ample storage with wardrobe & bedside table.

The master bedroom is a very spacious King size with a dressing table, large wardrobe and an en-suite shower room.

The main bathroom contains a bath with overhead shower, W.C. sink unit and storage space.

​

The lodge has a parking space alongside the property. Outside you will also find storage space underneath the decking.

The price includes all fees (£6,800 for 2023) & costs.  License is 25 years.  Park opens 1st March to 30th November.
