Luxury 2007 Willerby New Hampshire lodge in a gated community 'The Bolands' at Lydstep Beach with stunning sea views measuring 16 x 40.

 

The lodge has an open plan living area complete with french doors leading onto a decking area with furniture.  The lounge has free standing upgraded furniture and a flat screen TV complete with freeview.

 

There is a dining table with seating for 6 leading onto a fully fitted kitchen with cooker, fridge, freezer and all necessary crockery for a home cooked meal.

 

There is a master Kingsize bedroom with fitted wardrobes providing plenty of storage space leading onto an en-suite shower room.  There is also a family WC down the corridor complete with large shower cubicle.

 

The second & third bedrooms are twin rooms with 2 single beds and TV's in both bedrooms. Please note pillows and duvets are provided for both bedrooms but you are required to supply your own linen.

 

Outdoors there is a decking to the front and side which benefits from exposure to the sun. The decking area has a rattan corner suite for guests use, a table and chairs for outdoor dining and  a private parking space in front of the property the property.

The price includes all fees (£12,332 for 2023) & costs.  License renewal 2026.
