437 Terraces is a 2010 model Wilerby Boston located on a large corner plot with incredible sea views and overlooks the beach.

This 3-bedroom lodge has double glazing and gas central heating throughout, perfect for use all year round. There is an extended glass fronted decking overlooking the beach with comfortable furniture giving plenty of space for outside living. This lodge comes with a private parking space for 2 vehicles.

The main living area consists of a large open plan lounge/dining area with patio doors leading out to the decking area. Please note the sofas will be replaced prior to exchange. The dining area has seating for 6. The lounge has 2 comfortable sofas, flatscreen TV and free standing furniture.

The open plan kitchen is fully fitted with crockery, pots, pans and utensils. There is a gas hob with electric fan assisted oven; microwave combination oven; fridge/freezer; dishwasher; washing machine; kettle and toaster.

 

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, wardrobe and a set of drawers. Off the bedroom there is an en-suite with walk- in shower, heated towel rail, WC and washbasin. There is also a TV in the bedroom.

There are an additional two bedrooms, both with kingsize beds, TV and suitable storage space. 

The main bathroom has a large walk-in shower, WC, washbasin with vanity unit, heated towel rail and extractor fan.

The price includes all fees (£11,800 for 2023) & costs.  License renewal 21/1/32.
