Platinum standard 8 berth Pemberton Park Lane 14ft wide caravan located in Haven Crest, just a 1 minute walk from the clubhouse and beach. Incredible sea views across Lydstep Bay.

There is an large open plan living area with free standing sofas and double sofa bed. Patio doors to the front and side lead onto a large decking area complete with decking furniture.

The kitchen is fitted with an integrated cooker, fridge, freezer and all necessary crockery.  There is a 6 seater dining table perfect for a home cooked meal and an additional 2 bar stools. The kitchen includes a washing machine and dishwasher.

The master bedroom has a double bed with wardrobe space and an en-suite shower room.

There are 2 x twin bedrooms complete with ample storage space.

The main bathroom has a shower, W.C. and sink.

The license is due for renewal TBC.
