Our spacious 20 x 42 Pemberton Rivendale luxury lodge, is packed with high quality practical features. It is double glazed and centrally heated for supreme comfort levels and comes complete with everything you need. 

 

The premium pitch boasts a large uPVC decking area both to the side and front of the lodge. From the veranda there are lovely views overlooking the sea & headlands and to the rear the Bolands complex with landscaped gardens and water feature.  

 

There is a spacious, open plan living room complete with free standing sofa's, electric fire and flatscreen TV.  Off the lounge is a 'snug' room with bi-fold doors which can be used as a 3rd bedroom as it has a sofa bed, study or kids den - it's a very versatile space! There is a 4 seater dining room suite and kitchen area all of which are fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy your holiday home. The kitchen boasts a range cooker, integrated microwave, fridge & freezer, washing machine & dish washer.  

 

There are two bedrooms each spacious with ample storage with bathroom access.   The spacious master has a walk in wardrobe which leads to an en-suite shower room and a dressing table area.  There is ample room in here for a travel cot if required.  The second bedroom has access to the master bathroom which contains a full size bath.

 

The combination of stunning sea views, spacious living areas, en-suite bedrooms and a comprehensively fitted kitchen make the Rivendale a truly beautiful holiday home. The lodge is located within a 5 minute walk of the beach & club house, restaurant, entertainment, amusement arcade, fully heated indoor swimming pool.  The shop, laundry room, bakery and kids playground for children of all ages are within a 10 minute walk.

 

The lodge has 4 years of its 12 year license remaining and is due to renew for a further 12 years in 2026. The price includes all costs and fees (£10,250) for the remainder of the current year.
