If we are unable to honour the booking in the caravan you originally selected due to unforeseen circumstances (such as the owner selling the property), we will endeavour to offer you a property of the equivalent standard dependent upon availability. However, we are unable to guarantee the location of the caravan but will do our utmost to cater for your preferences.
We reserve the right to cancel your confirmed booking at any time, due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control & refund all monies paid. In no event shall monies refunded exceed the rental cost. Please note that the booking fee is non-refundable in these circumstances.

If you would like to reschedule your booking dates, please contact us and we will discuss alternative available dates at your caravan. Please note your booking dates cannot be transferred to an alternative caravan. If you need to reschedule your dates, please do so at least 6 weeks prior to arrival and there is no additional administrative charge for this. If you want to reschedule your booking within 6 weeks of arrival, there will be an administration cost of £50 to move your dates.

If you have paid your deposit, but fail to pay the balance payment on the required due date, your booking may be cancelled and deposit of £100 retained to cover the cancellation.

Unfortunately, we regret that we cannot take any responsibility or pay any compensation if we cancel or change your booking in anyway because of events beyond our control. We are also unable to accept any liability for injury, loss or damage you may suffer as a result of these events beyond our control. Such events beyond our control include; fire, flood, explosion, storm or weather damage, break-in, criminal damage, riots or civil strife, industrial action, natural or nuclear disaster, epidemics or pandemics, adverse weather conditions, war or threat of war, actual or threatened terrorist activity and unavoidable technical problems with transport. This will also include the UK Government issuing advise against all travel or all but essential travel to any region or destination.

We recommend taking out appropriate holiday insurance prior to your arrival in the unlikely event that your holiday is cancelled.
