Description:

 

2014 Model Pemberton Pemberton Park Lane 3 bedroom caravan is complete with double glazing and central heating.  The caravan has incredible sea views along the front row and is located just a short walk to the beach, on site facilities and the National Coastal Park.

 

There is a large decking area with glass front, with outside furniture dining table and chairs and outside lighting. There is private parking adjacent to the caravan.

The living space is open plan with two freestanding sofas and an armchair, with flat screen TV and DVD player. There is a gas fire for additional heat during the winter months, making this suitable for use all year round.

​

There is a free standing dining table with 4 chairs perfect for a home cooked meal and 2 bar stools for additional seating.

 

The kitchen is complete with integrated dishwasher, fridge and freezer, oven, microwave, toaster,  5 burner hob and all crockery to make a home cooked meal.  There is also a separate utility room area with washing machine, clothes airer, iron/ ironing board and cupboard space.

 

The master bedroom has a double bed with bedroom wardrobe, drawers, dressing table and bedside units. There is a TV available and an ensuite shower room available with toilet.   

 

The second and third bedrooms are twin bedrooms, with TV, mirror, overhead cupboards and wardrobe. 

 

The family bathroom has a full size bath, overhead shower, toilet and sink available.

We are pet friendly and will accept 1 small dog. 

​

We do not allow smoking in our caravan and as it is a park rule we are unable to accept same sex groups or groups bookings of under 21's.  A £100 refundable bond is required along with the final balance.

​

Pillows and duvets are provided but you will need to supply your own linen.
